Our story
Welcome to the Blue Bell Glinton, we hope that you enjoy your visit with us.
The Blue Bell in Glinton is a family run pub ran by Husband and Wife team Will and Kelly Frankgate with the help of their dedicated team. The Frankgates took over the Blue Bell in Glinton in March 2013 with the aim of making this idyllic country pub a food destination venue. Our goal was to offer great food that was not only cooked exceptionally well but also served exceptionally well.
Alongside our food, we have a superb selection of personally sourced wines and excellent real ales (all tried and tested!) with a wide choice of premium soft drinks on offer. The building has a relaxed and informal feel with the aim of making everyone who walks through our door feel welcome. Its natural cosiness is not only charming but offers a perfect setting for many an occasion.

The Garden Room
Contemporary and sleek, our Garden Room is a superb light filled dining space that’s available to book all year round. A new addition to The Blue Bell; The Garden Room was initially designed and constructed in November 2016. The conception being to amalgamate both The Garden Room and the garden to offer an outside/in dining experience, the overall finish has received a wonderful reception.
The Dining Room
Perfect for larger functions, our Dining Room allows guests space and comfort for large family gatherings. Offers an informal and relaxed dining experience for all occasions.
The Long Room
The Long Room is a cosy favourite; perfect for a relaxing drink and finding a quiet corner or two! Located just off the bar area, the Long Room is full of charm and makes for a very comfortable setting, any time of year.
The Bar
Welcoming and full of original country charm. Particularly inviting on a cold winters day with our roaring fires, cosy seating and a winter warming tipple. Not forgetting, it's dog friendly too.
Alfresco Dining
An abundance of external dining areas are provided in our newly refurbished garden. We’ve plentiful seating for all to enjoy during the spring/summer months.
